When and where can I buy tickets?
Tickets for WOPN 2012 go on sale on November 1st, 2011. They will be sold via the WOPN Store section of this website. Please make sure you join our mailing list so that we can send you a reminder.

Are tickets refundable?
Before January 31, 2012 you may request a refund for tickets purchased within the prior 60 days.
After February 1st, 2012 we are unable to refund your tickets unless we have a waiting list for that particular event.

What should I wear?
California casual during the days and evenings - all events.
The Friday seminar will be held in a winery cellar and the Seaside Fête is on the beach, so warm footwear and layered clothing/jackets/sweaters are recommended.
The Grand Tastings on Friday and Saturday are on grass, so high heels are not recommended. The sun usually shines bright on the event, but remember that it is the first week of March, and springtime is just coming to the Central Coast.

Are shuttle buses available?
Shuttle buses during the Grand Tastings on Friday and Saturday will run continuously from 2 to 6.45pm to The Cliffs Resort from the following hotels: Shore Cliff Lodge, Pismo Lighthouse Suites, Shelter Cove, Cottage Inn and Spyglass Inn. On Saturday, there will also be a stop at the Shell Beach Elementary School.

What about dinner transportation on Friday and Saturday?
For those attending the Friday Seaside Fête, and/or the Saturday Dinners at Central Coast restaurants, all guests are asked to take provided transportation from The Cliffs Resort. On Friday, buses depart right after the Grand Tasting: 6:00-6:30pm. On Saturday, buses depart 6:30-7:00pm. After the events, guests will be returned to The Cliffs Resort, with additional stops at Shore Cliff Lodge, Pismo Lighthouse Suites, Shelter Cove, Cottage Inn and Spyglass Inn.

What about children?
All WOPN events are for attendees 21 years and older. Some hotel properties do provide babysitting services if you are traveling with small children.

Can I bring my dog?
Some of the hotels do allow pets - please check with them directly. Due to Health Department restrictions, dogs are not allowed at any WOPN events.
