Instructions
Winery applications for World of Pinot Noir will be accepted via this online registration form exclusively. Applications will not be sent via US Mail.

The Winery Application (below) is due no later than August 10, 2008 and must include the registration fee via credit card. Your registration fee will not be processed until winery selections are made in August.  Wineries not accepted due to limited space will be notified via e-mail. Applications received after August 10, 2008 unfortunately cannot be considered for participation in WOPN 2009.

Participation packets will be mailed in September 2008. At that time, you will have the opportunity to reserve additional tickets for World of Pinot Noir events before they go on sale to the public.

Participating wineries & viticulturists will also have first opportunity to register for the Winemaker's Technical Symposium, to be held Wednesday & Thursday, March 4 & 5, 2009. This event is held each year immediately preceding World of Pinot Noir. Registration materials for the Technical Symposium will be mailed with your Participation packet in September 2008. More information to follow.

**Please Note: WOPN will make every effort to accommodate your requested day of participation. We may need to balance winery assignments between Friday & Saturday for regional representation, seminar and/or dinner participation. We appreciate your flexibility with regard to your participation.

Following is a list of seminar topics under consideration for WOPN 2009. Please review the list and indicate any seminar panel on which you’d like to participate. You may choose more than one. Seminar topics will be chosen by level of interest from all applicants.

Seminars will be held on Friday March 6th, 2009. You will be asked to provide 1-2 wines (9 bottles of each) to accommodate the 100 person seminar.
