Andrew began his food and beverage career at Pebble Beach where he worked for 5 years. There he achieved his Sommelier certification with the court of Master Sommeliers and launched ‘The Bench’ restaurant at the historic Lodge of Pebble Beach. Afterwards, Andrew went on to open Wally’s Beverly Hills - a major undertaking for the Wally’s brand which has extensive global and rare wine selections.
After moving to Los Olivos for a Wine Director position at the Los Olivos Wine Merchant and Cafe, Andrew went on to open his own project - Community Craft. Focused on local boutique wineries, Community Craft is a wine bar that provides access to a wide selection of small production wines. He and his wife continue to own and operate Community Craft as it celebrates it’s 3rd year of business.
