Kaitlyn started her 20 year restaurant career in the back of house, before finding her love of service. After moving to front of house, she started providing staff wine training at the ripe age of 18. By the time she turned 21, she received her first wine program at The Cottonwood Restaurant in Lake Tahoe, California. It was here, she was able to combine her love of skiing and the outdoors by day, and hospitality and wine by night.
Over the years she has worked at multiple restaurants including Scopa Italian Roots and Joe’s in Venice Beach, California. Currently, she is a Sales Rep for Gregory Condes Wines and has found her home as Wine Director at Fia Restaurant in Santa Monica with esteemed Chef Brendon Collins.
