Robin Puricelli, a native of Boston, Massachusetts set her sights on the booming wine scene of the Central Coast of California after 15 years of restaurant experience. She soon received her Level 2 Certified Sommelier certification, then embedding herself in many prestigious wineries, until she was poached to run a trendy wine shop and restaurant in downtown San Luis Obispo. There she received the “Top 100 Best Wine Lists” by Wine Enthusiast in 2015. She currently now manages a 6000+ bottle cellar as the Wine Director and sommelier in Lido Restaurant & Lounge at Dolphin Bay Resort & Spa in Shell Beach, CA boasting several wine awards. Along with curating a diverse and eclectic wine list, she started her own wine brand, Locura Wine, focusing on the purest expression of single vineyard Grenache.
