    AROMA Pomegranate, White Tea, Raspberry FLAVOR Dried Fig, White Truffle, Ripe Cherry TEXTURE Rooibos Tea, Savory CRAFT Only neutral barrels are employed. We strive for whole cluster fermentation. We farm with a focus of ripening the stems alongside the fruit, allowing the cluster to be in harmony. Working with the stems allows for wines that are structured, earthy and balanced with our beautiful SRH fruit.

    AROMA Cherry, Rhubarb, Mint FLAVOR Blackberry, Boysenberry, Allspice TEXTURE Black Tea, Silt CRAFT Only neutral barrels are employed. We strive for whole cluster fermentation. We farm with a focus of ripening the stems alongside the fruit, allowing the cluster to be in harmony. Working with the stems allows for wines that are structured, earthy and balanced with our beautiful SRH fruit. We often use the analogy of roasting fish or meat on the bone, the bone offers complex flavors very different than taking it off of the bone to cook it.

    Comprised of a vast array of elevation, aspect, and soil profiles, Perilune is by far and away the most ambitiously complex of all our vineyards. From beach sand to botella clay, the rugged terrain and dramatic inclines offer a myriad of opportunities for dynamic fruit expression. Mindful clonal selection of equal parts clone 37 and 667 and bespoke for each of the forty-two unique blocks further amplifies the diversity of this south-facing parcel, which has swiftly become the predominant core of our wines.

Founded in 1996, Brewer-Clifton is known for refined Sta. Rita Hills Chardonnays and Pinot Noirs - all raised in neutral barrels with whole cluster fermentation. Brewer-Clifton wines are a reflection of the geographic, geologic and climatic uniqueness of California’s Sta. Rita Hills appellation in Santa Barbara County. Within this appellation, each vineyard carries its own imprint. Founder and Winemaker Greg Brewer has spent the entirety of his three-decade career dedicated to crafting cool-climate Chardonnay and Pinot Noir from this finite stretch of land.
