Cordant Winery is a small Pinot Noir and Rhone wine producer located in Paso Robles, CA, midway between the fantastic Pinot Noir growing regions in Santa Barbara County to our south and Monterey County to our north. We make about 3000 cases of wine per year, of which about 1500 are dedicated to site-specific Pinot Noir. For us, vineyard diversity is what we strive for throughout the 200-mile driving distance along Hwy 101 from which we purchase our fruit, such as Radian Vyd in Sta Rita Hills, Bien Nacido and Solomon Hills Vyds in the Santa Maria Valley, and Escolle Vyd in Santa Lucia Highlands.
